On 22 October 2024, unidentified militants (coded as TTP) hurled hand grenades at a police check post near a market in Inayat Kalle area (Bajaur, KPK). Five police personnel were wounded in the initial explosion. Police personnel claim to have retaliated, forcing the militants to flee the scene. However, no exchange of fire was claimed by local sources. 5 injured and no fatalities.
