On October 17, five people, including three civilians (one woman) and two Taliban officials, were killed in an armed attack in the Agh Kotul area in Qaysar District of Faryab Province, reports Amu TV. Abdullah Moradi, a Taliban police spokesperson in Faryab, confirmed that armed assailants targeted a vehicle carrying civilians in the area.
