On October 16, Kuki militants launched an attack towards Koutruk Ching Leikai in Imphal West District of Manipur, reports Imphal Free Press. The attack was carried out with gunshots and the launching of bombs towards the village, resulting in retaliation by the State Forces deployed in the area. No casualties have been reported.
