Taliban police spokesman in Kabul: One child was killed and 11 others wounded in yesterday's blast Khalid Zadran, spokesman for the Taliban's police chief for Kabul, said a child was killed in an explosion in the Pamir Cinema area of the first district on Wednesday. The bomber, carried by a man in a bag, was killed and 11 others wounded. Mr. Zadran added that the man carrying the explosives had been arrested and investigations were underway.
