ERBIL, Kurdistan Region. In yet another sign of the remaining ISIS presence in eastern Syria, a bomb exploded in Raqqa on Tuesday. A landmine in the al-Forosiyyeh district of Raqqa detonated overnight, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has reported.
