On 11 October 2019, an IED planted by unidentified gunmen along the road between Jasmin and Inkhel in Dar'a province exploded as a Russian patrol was passing by, causing injuries. A regime lieutenant who was escorting the convoy was wounded and succumbed to his wounds on 13 October.
