On 21 October, 2019, opposition fighters under Operation Peace Spring shelled Madhba'a in al-Hasakeh using artillery and rocket fire. 3 QSD fighters were killed in the formers shelling that targeted Bab al Khair, Umm Ashba, and Madhba'a. 3 fatalities split between the three events with 1 fatality coded to each.
