On July 10, pro-Houthi forces reportedly fired four mortar shells at the Red Sea Mills facility in the east of Hodeidah city, western Yemen, located roughly 800m northeast of Al-Matahin roundabout, with no report of fatalities nor injuries. The shells reportedly did not damage the facility.
