On 11 August 2019, rebel and Islamist factions shelled regime positions in Qasabiyeh in Idleb with GRAD missiles. Shelling of Atshan and Qasabiyeh resulted in the killing and wounding of several regime fighters. Unknown fatalities coded as 10 and split, 5 each, between the two locations.
