On 16 August, 2019, Russian warplanes carried out airstrikes on the vicinity of Has in southern Idleb countryside, killing 15 IDPs including 6 children and 4 women, and wounding over 25 others. On 23 August, an IDP wounded by the strike succumbed to their wounds. Total fatalities coded to 16.
