The Assam Rifles announced on X that Assam Rifles along with Police recovered arms and ammunition from the general area Gangpijang Village in Churachandpur District of Manipur on September 21. The recovered items include one 38mm Grenade Launcher, six 12 mm Single Barrel Rifles, three improvised long-range heavy mortar and war-like stores.
