On 24 August 2019, regime and Russian warplanes carried out air raids while regime helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the town of Tah with neither injuries nor fatalities reported. Several missiles hit the village's medical facility, which was already out of service due to regime and Russian airstrikes, partially destroying the building and causing damage to its furniture.
