#Bénin 🇧🇯 | On 19/09, a terrorist attack by the #Katiba_Hanifa ( #JNIM ) struck the town of #Malanville on the border with the #Niger 🇳🇪 (region of #Alibori ), targeting the defense and security forces. 🔸 According to several sources, the terrorists opened fire around 6 a.m. on a patrol #FDS , near the village of #Bangou . 🔴 The provisional report states that 2 police officers were killed and 1 injured among the #FDS . 🚨 This incident is in addition to the attack of 15/09 in #Kompa , in the commune of #Karimama , where 2 police officers lost their lives during an ambush set by terrorists. ⚠️ #Malanville and #Karimama , are the municipalities most affected by terrorist attacks in Benin in recent months.
