On September 16, two Rohingyas, identified as Kabir Ahmed and Nurul Bashar were killed in a gunfight between the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) and Rohingya Solidarity Organization (RSO) in two separate incidents in Ukhiya Upazila (Sub-District) in Cox’s Bazar of Chittagong Division, reports Dhaka Tribune. Ukhiya Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shamim Hossain confirmed the incident and said that 30 to 40 armed men picked up Nur Bashar from his house at Jamtoli and shot him.
