Eight Security Force (SF) personnel were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) attack on their vehicle near Takht area of Kalat District in Balochistan on September 13, reports The Balochistan Post. Deputy Commissioner of Kalat, Bilal Shabbir, confirmed that the explosion occurred when an explosive device, planted by unknown assailants, detonated as the SFs’ vehicle passed by. No group has so far claimed responsibility of the attack.
