Two militants were killed while two other militants managed to escape during a clash with the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) at Dera Ghazi Khan-Quetta road in Dera Ghazi Khan District of Punjab on September 12, reports The Khorasan Diary. CTD personnel were on an Intelligence-based operation (IBO) when militants started shooting at them. The militants were planning to attack sensitive installations, says Punjab CTD spokesperson.
