On Afghanistan 13, Taliban condemned an armed attack by gunmen from the Islamic State - Khorasan Province (IS-KP) on civilians in Nili District of Daykundi Province, near the border with Ghor, reports Amu TV.Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said the attack claimed the lives of 14 people and left six others injured. Earlier, SATP reported that 15 Shiite (Shia Muslims) were killed and six others were injured in an attack in Nili District of Daykundi Province on September 12. However, Amu TV reported on September 13 that this incident occurred in Ghor Province
