A suicide vest was thrown by two unidentified motorcyclists when they were asked to stop by Excise Police at Jameel Chowk of Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the morning of September 9 (today), reports The Khorasan Diary. The bomb disposal squad was called in to defuse it, the jacket has 7 kilograms of explosives.
