A search warrant executed Tuesday by the Sûreté du Québec at a residence in Stoneham has resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old man and the seizure of explosive materials.
Dominic Pelletier appeared in court in Quebec City on Tuesday to face charges of violating probation conditions as well being in possession of explosive substances.
He remains in custody pending his next court appearance.
The SQ noted the operation required the deployment of its bomb squad personnel and a canine unit.
