On August 30, an improvised pressure bomb, laid by Naxals, went off near Gorna village under Bijapur police station (Bijapur, Chhattisgarh). When the patrolling team reached near Gorna, the head constable stepped on the pressure improvised explosive device (IED), triggering the blast that caused injuries to his legs.
