Nine soldiers wounded and seven alleged criminals dead, is the result of two incidents recorded in Michoacán in less than a week, where authorities have located three homemade explosives factories used by criminals for their criminal activities.

It was on August 28 that personnel from the State Public Security Secretariat and Army soldiers located a property in the Eréndira community in the municipality of Buenavista, used as an explosive devices workshop.

Mine-type explosives, for drones, hand grenades and grenade launcher attachments were manufactured at the site, with 130 devices being seized.
