Four Government employees, including three brothers and their nephew, were kidnapped at gunpoint from the Kulachi tehsil (revenue unit) of Dera Ismail Khan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on August 28, reports The Express Tribune. Local residents said that in Kulachi, a school teacher named Ameer Khan suddenly passed away. After his burial, his three sons, identified as Muhammad Asif, Khalid Khan, and Fahad Nawaz, were present at the mosque where family and friends gathered for condolence. Suddenly, eight to 10 armed men reached the scene on motorbikes, entered the mosque, and kidnapped the three brothers and their naib-tehsildar nephew after thoroughly checking all men present there. The kidnapped brothers worked for the Cantonment Board and the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD).
