Five persons of an oil and gas exploration company were killed when United Baloch Army (UBA) cadres orchestrated a remote-controlled bomb explosion in Jhukri area near Gazg in Kalat District of Balochistan on August 21, reports The Balochistan Post. UBA ‘spokesperson’ Mazar Baloch claimed responsibility for the attack. Mazar Baloch claimed the attack was due to the presence of Chinese engineers within the company, warned, “those involved in the exploitation of Balochistan’s natural resources under the oppressive state’s machinery will face similar consequences.”
