A gas pipeline running from the Sui gas field to the Uch Power Plant was destroyed in an explosion in Rabi area of Dera Bugti District in Balochistan in the night of August 21, reports The Balochistan Post. As the result of explosion, gas supply to the Uch Power Plant was disrupted. Though no group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Baloch insurgent groups had a long history of such attacks
