On October 7, in Shabwah southern governorate, unidentified gunmen reportedly blew up an oil pipeline going from Ayad field in Jardan district to Al-Nashimah oil port in Rudum district, in Al-Sa'id juction, 22 kilometers south of Ataq, with no report of fatalities nor injuries. Similar events took place on June 11 and June 24.
