On July 19, at least seven civilians were injured in an explosion caused by a grenade during a Shia Muharram ceremony at the Imamzadeh Yahya shrine in Sar-e-Pul City of Sar-e-Pul Province, reports The Khaama Press News Agency. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. So far, the local Taliban officials have not commented on this incident.|
