On September 19, a Houthi-planted IED reportedly detonated south of Hayran, north of Hajjah border governorate, northwestern Yemen, destroying an anti-Houthi and affiliated forces' military vehicle carrying 12 passengers and killing and injuring all those on board. Fatalities and injuries coded as 6 (half of 12).
