On September 12 2019, 1 Taliban militant who worked undercover at a Special Forces base in the Rish Khor-e Bala (Rishkhor) area of Chahar Asyab district, Kabul, blew up a truck full of explosives, killing 4 soldiers and wounding 3 others. The Taliban claimed to have injured or killed all 200 personnel at the base. 5 total fatalities coded to include the bomber.
