On 7 August 2019 in the morning, Afghan police forces shot an RPG at an explosives-laden Humvee, killing 2 unidentified suicide bombers inside, who were driving towards a checkpoint of the Camp Kelagai army base in Pul-e Khumri city, Baghlan. A third attacker fled but was later arrested. 1 soldier was wounded in the explosion.
