According to Al-Mirsaad, a media outlet affiliated with Taliban Intelligence, the Taliban arrested several Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IS-KP) operatives from their hideout in the 5th Police District (PD) of Kabul City of Kabul Province on July 10, as reported by Afghanistan International. Al-Mirsaad cited Taliban intelligence sources stating that "On Wednesday, July 10th, special Taliban forces conducted an operation on an ISIS hideout in the 5th district of Kabul, arresting several members of a major ISIS network and discovering and seizing a large amount of explosives, weapons, and ammunition."
