At least three soldiers were killed in an exchange of fire with terrorists in Khamrang area of South Waziristan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on July 9, reports Aaj TV. Five other soldiers also sustained injuries, adds The Khorasan Diary. In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the killed soldiers include Sepoy Asad Ullah (30), a resident of Mitiari District (Sindh), Sepoy Muhammad Sufyan (28), a resident of Dera Ismail Khan District (KP), and non-combatant bearer Zain Ali, a resident of Bahawalnagar District (Punjab).
