One soldier was killed and another soldier sustained injuries when Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) cadres planted explosives in a bunker used by Security Forces (SFs) in Margat area of Bolan District of Balochistan on July 6, reports The Balochistan Post. While claiming responsibility of the attack, BLA ‘spokesperson’ Jeeyand Baloch said that BLA cadres planted explosives in an empty bunker used by SFs in Margat area. The explosives were detonated using a remote-controlled IED when two Pakistani soldiers entered the bunker, resulting in the death of one soldier and injuring another.
