28 April. A UVIED, targeting an immigration personnel, exploded at Buundo Kowaad (first Bridge) neighbourhood in Waberi district. The targeted person informed the EOD team. However, the IED exploded before arrival of the EOD team injuring a NISA District Commander who was standing near the vehicle. (UVIED)
