On 11 July 2024, in Lashio town (Lashio township, Lashio district, Shan-North state), artillery rounds fired by the military landed in No.1 ward, No.8 ward and Shwe Kyauk Gu area in No.10 ward at around 10 am, hitting and killing a man and 2 women and injuring 6 more locals. At noon, some artillery rounds fired by the Myanmar military also landed in the Myaung Mya Street of No.4 area in No.1 ward at noon, hitting and killing a priest. Consecutively, another artillery round fired by the Myanmar military landed near a car accessories store located on the Hseni - Lashio Road at around 5:45 pm. Total fatalities coded as 4.
