On 2 July 2024, unknown militants detonated a sticky bomb placed under the car (Kia Sportage) in Miran City project area of Raparin city (Al Sulaymaniyah). 2 members of the PAK: Kurdistan Freedom Party (the driver and the passenger) were seriously injured in the explosion according to the security services (this was denied by the co-chair of the Party). 2 casualties. There were no fatalities.
