On 24 June 2024, militants (coded as TTP) hurled two hand grenades targeting a police convoy on Khaisore Road near Mir Ali town (North Waziristan, KPK). One grenade struck the police convoy, while the other hit a civilian vehicle contracted to carry daily commodities for the police forces. The explosion injured seven civilian bystanders, although no police personnel were harmed. Both vehicles sustained damage in the attack. The militants fled the scene, leaving behind 7 injured individuals but no fatalities.
