On 28 April SGS TECNOS,S.A. reported the Spanish Regulatory Authority (CSN) an event resulting in the overexposure of two radiographers. The event was the result of non following operational procedures during the preparation of the radiography exposures. There was not personnel dosimetry records but dose evaluation resulted in 158 mSv and 79 mSv estimated dose for the two workers.The device involved in the event was a Technical Operations, model TO-660 serial number 653, with a 19,79 Ci (733 GBq) Ir-192 source.
