US Army shipped a package containing 45.06 Ci of Tritium from Hawthorne, Nevada to MARCORLOGBASE, Director Fleet Support Dir Code 587, Radford Blvd, Suite 20320, Albany, Georgia via a common carrier on 10/12/2016. The signature on the package was unreadable. US Army conducted a search at MCLB, Albany and post office but did not locate the package. US Army shipped another package to a different location on the same day. That location was also investigated. US Army is investigating the case.
