Two sources of IR192 shipped by QSA Global (Burlington, MA) failed to arrive to Huntington Testing and Technology (Huntington, WV) during a routine shipment. A trace was discovered and pursued. The shipment was then discovered and physically verified at the QSA Global hub in Memphis, TN.
