Two packages containing I125 seeds did not reach their destination Greece in a timely manner. The radiation safety officer (RSO) at GE Health in Arlington Heights, IL, contacted the common carrier, which reported that the package was last located on 7/23/2016. It is not believed that the packages were delivered to an outside entity. The common carrier is investing and trying to locate the packages.
