Two Am/Be-241 sources were denied passage through London's Heathrow Airport due to difficulties x-raying their containers and instead delivered to a third party company rather than their intended recipient. The third party company "was not authorised to hold radioactive material and had no radiation safety procedures in place." The company's operations manager discovered the packages and contacted a company specializing in transport of nuclear materials.
