The US Army 20th CBRNE Command reported that a source sent on February 3, 2014 set to arrive on February 10, 2014 did not arrive. The lost source, 1.3 mCi Frontier Model 100 CF252 (serial number 4151), was shipped in a DOT Spec 7A Type A container. It was shipped from the CBRNE Analytical and Remediation Activity (CARA) in Arkansas and supposed to arrive at the Frontier Technology Corporation in Ohio. One other shipment successfully arrived, and Common Carrier still claims physical control.
