The Texas Department of State Health Services received a report from HTS INC Consultants that a moisture density gauge containing radioactive sources CS137 and AM/BE was stolen along with a truck on January 29, 2014 in Houston, Texas. The truck with the device was stolen from a parking lot when the driver of the vehicle was running an errand. This case is under investigation and all parties, including the local police, have been notified.
