The licensee Chevron reported that it discovered that a tritium exit sign was missing while conducting inventory. The building was searched and employees were interviewed, but the sign was not found. It is possible that the sign was disposed of in their waste, but the Operation Specialist at Chevron does not believe that was the case. The investigation is still ongoing.
