The Illinois Emergency Management Agency was informed of a missing radioactive source on October 16, 2015. The licensee provided information on the holding container, radiation levels, as well as the route and conducted searches without finding the source. The source was believed to be missing in the middle of September. The Agency is currently searching the source.
