Saint Francis Health System informed the State of Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) a package with external contamination. The source was identified as Y90 initially and later confirmed as Tc-99m. The contents of the package and the common carrier driver were not contaminated. Currently the package is waiting for decay at the licensee facility.
