On September 4th, 2015, the Tennesee Division of Radiological Health reported that a facility named Choo Choo Customs Group had a PO210 static eliminator. Choo Choo Customs dissolved, and Tennessee has attempted to reach them to inquire on the whereabouts of the static eliminator. The members of the Group have disappeared, and so Tennessee has reported the static eliminator as lost.
