CBRN event in Nebraska, North Platte area, United States of America on Fri 14th November 2014
14th November 2014
On November 4, 2014 a Troxler gauge destined to arrive at Qal-Tek Associates by November 11 was shipped from the licensee by YRC Freight. After picking the gauge up from the licensee in North Platte, NE on November 4, YRC Freight “transported the gauge to their terminal in Kansas City, MO.” On November 13, when the gauge had still not arrived at Qal-Tek’s premise in Idaho Falls, ID, Qal-Tak contacted the shipper. On November 14, YRC notified Qal-Tek that it “considered the gauge as lost.” That same day, Qal-Tek notified the licensee and the NRC over the loss of the gauge. On November 18 however, YRC Freight finally “located” the gauge. The device, which remains intact and undamaged, will be shipped as originally intended to Qal-Tek.
