On November 15th, 2015, a company reported a missing moisture density gauge containing AM241 and CS137 to the Minot, North Dakota Police Department. A worker who was authorized to have the gauge drove to Wal-Mart, then Buffalo Wild Wings, and then the grocery store. Once arriving at home, he noticed the gauge was missing and immediately filed a report to the police, notified his company, and the gauge manufacturer.
