On May 29, 2015, a data control device containing PO210 was transported to a city in India by a researcher from the Utah State University campus. The source was removed from the university campus. A Radiation Safety Officer is now attempting to locate the researcher in order to make sure he has control of the source in India. It is not specified whether the researcher was authorized to transport the source out of the university.
